This diet is designed specifically with muscle growth in mind: It features a bulking phase, a cutting phase, and a maintenance phase. The bulking phase consists of 10 weeks of moderate, low-intensity training in which you gain muscle. During the Bulking Phase, you can consume up to three times that amount of carbohydrates.
